Term 2, Week 6

Hello everyone and welcome to week 6,

I hope that you all enjoyed the weekend...both freezing cold and super warm this weekend.

Our Character Strength for this Week...Love!

St Valentine is the patron Saint of love. He did not listen to the emperor at the time who decreed those young men in the army were not to be wed.

Love as a character strength, rather than as an emotion, refers to the degree to which you value close relationships with people, and contribute to that closeness in a warm and genuine way.

Love, as a character strength really refers to the way you approach your closest and warmest relationships.

Love is reciprocal, referring to both loving others and the willingness to accept love from others

Our Reminders for this Week...

Please see the below from Mrs Haines, she also emailed this information out directly.

Dear Year 3 Families,

Please see class specific details on costumes that will be needed at school FRIDAY 16TH JUNE.

  • OPTIONAL:
  • Any leopard print clothing they may have at home
